Staying Grounded and Aligned
How are you doing?
We are experiencing profound upgrades, and with them many are losing their alignment. Some simple ways to embrace this time is to remain conscious of what is happening to your body and use your breath to remain present.
Sounds easy, doesn’t it? Not so much! Our bodies are receiving light codes with high vibrations daily. This effect our every cell and we have direct physical sensations. For those that have consciously aligned with this process, using the breath and our attention will carry us through. If not, be sure and spend time alone. Walk in nature: mother earth is the natural pulse of life and always grounds us. Breath. Be with others that can support you.
